CSWST2, a multi-disciplinary design firm, is excited to welcome an experienced and talented Landscape Architect to our Landscape Architecture and Urban Design team. This role involves collaborating with a diverse group of professionals to evolve the next generation of this team while designing outstanding public spaces, parks, and streetscapes. Our practice is founded on serving underrepresented communities and is deeply founded in community engagement. Many of our projects begin through collaboration with our clients to apply for grant funding.
Qualifications:
Licensed Landscape Architect with 5-8 years of professional experience and a degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
Highly motivated, well-organized, and possessing a strong work ethic.
Enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
Interest in supporting, leading and/or managing complex projects from initial concept through to completion.
Fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign, with proficiency in other design software desired.
Able to produce and/or assist with production of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates.
Experience with construction administration for a project.
Experienced in public outreach, including design and production of communication materials for clients, communities, and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in culturally diverse environments and in varied terrains.
Understanding of native ecosystems and integrating sustainable practices into design.
Understanding of urban design and planning principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and design projects for public parks, educational, municipal, recreational spaces, urban design and streetscape design, trails and habitat restoration, and community engagement from master planning to construction documentation to construction administration.
Actively pursue mentorship and career and professional growth.
Collaborate with clients, firm staff, and engineers, architects, biologists, planners and other specialists to achieve project goals.
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and marketing efforts.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
